Breathing – It’s true that as little as 3 minutes a day of conscious breathing is beneficial to your health. Just Breathe
Fresh Air – Going outside frequently during the day if you are stuck in an office on your breaks and at lunch to breathe in the fresh air stimulates your endorphins to reduce stress.
Sunshine – Get your daily dose of vitamin D by exposing yourself to direct sunshine for at least 10 minutes a day. Sitting next to a window where the sun shines in will not produce vitamin D in the skin, so you have to go outside ♥
Walking – Use walking as a way to reduce stress, walk off steam, or use it to visualize your dreams. You can do this in as little as 10 minutes a day to reap the benefits.
Connecting to the earth – Go barefoot – When you take off your shoes and walk barefoot in the grass, sand or dirt, it makes you feel very happy and gives you a sense of peace. Walking barefoot has been linked to reduced blood pressure, increased circulation and blood flow. It most certainly will give you an immediate sense of well-being and peace flows throughout your body.
Hugs – Hugging someone transfers energy and gives the person you are hugging an emotional lift. Hugging is also good for your own emotional growth and you can’t give a hug without receiving one in exchange.
Drink Tea – Kick the coffee habit and incorporate more tea into your diet. Both black and green tea have more antioxidants, the disease fighting compounds, which helps your body fight off illness.
To your good health,
